LIM’s strong and cohesive management team has a track record of delivering performance for our investors who are UK and overseas institutional clients, the majority of which are corporate and public sector pension funds.

The Funds are unlisted property vehicles which provide institutional investors with indirect exposure to the UK property market. Lothbury Property Trust (LPT) is our flagship fund. We offer an innovative solution to clients, through our core/active strategy. Our predominantly core portfolio of prime assets provides stable returns, while our active management initiatives create additional value and enhance returns.
